A fully customized Batch messaging system operates through
Batch files simply by uploading a tab delimited file. The
application has its system for identifying fields for personalizing
messages, e.g.: you may send messages that contain name,
address, and date of birth of every client.
For sending multiple SMS messages, you simply upload a batch
file (a text file with tab delimited fields) having first
field mobile numbers and other fields any parameters you
would wish to deliver to clients. The system scans the file,
identifies correct rows and splits those with errors. You
are then given the opportunity to enter the message and
personalize it for clients. And finally, you deliver messages
by a single click. You have a report saved of all delivered
messages with exact text delivered to all clients.
The system has some integrated reports such as: number of
sms messages sent, number of error containing messages etc.
In addition, there are reports that can be generated. Depending
on your package, you may have the following reports:
Company Standard – Include how many messages have
been sent, list of messages sent with the corresponding
text.
Company and User Standard – Include reports for company
standard and in addition reports on users showing who and
when details.
